With Skype? (moneybookers - a second question)?

Are incoming calls free? (once you've payed the 12 month activation fee which apparently ranges from 18-60$ 3-12 months (doesn't sound to shabby). However there outgoing minutes are high 0.21 cent per minute if you live in the US. Is it worth getting this service? Also any other features you know about if your an existing customer would be good.

also moneybookers how much does that cost to use is it a free service for paying with debit cards?

1. If you have a "Skype-In" phone number, then incoming calls are free. It also includes free VoiceMail.

If you purchase Skype Subscription to Unlimited USA and Canada, it only costs you $2.95/month for Unlimited "outbound" calls. Otherwise, per/minute rates to USA/Canada is 2.1¢/min.

A SkypeIn phone number costs $30/year subscription, if you also have the Skype Unlimited USA/Canada subscription for $2.95/month
