Where can I go to find out niche market needs for things, to be able to work from home?

Im thinking about having a baby but need some income too. What jobs can I do from home? Im a graphic designer but not that interested in starting a business from home. Seems a lot of people do that. I want to do something unique. I can make people's hair into dreadlocks. I've thought about writing a book on dreadlock making, care etc. I have pet rats so Im not sure if there's something I can do there.

Any other ideas?? Where can I go to find out niche market needs for things?

they sell an ebook for about $70 aus.
Its all about internet marketing and there is a whole chapter on "niche marketing"
its worth it just to get the ideas you want but once you start your business its great for advertising ideas etc too
well worth the money I beleive. I bought a copy and its become like a little bible to me in my home based business.
