About the limitation of the amount of money you can receive and withdraw with moneybookers?

I wanna add the moneybookers to my website to accept the payment from customers. I wanna know, is there any limitation of the amount of money I can receive through moneybookers from my customers? And is there any limitation of the amount of money I can withdraw out of moneybookers to my local bank account? How to release these limitations?
