Is there any limitation of the amount of money I can receive and withdraw through moneybookers?

I want to add the moneybookers to my website to accept the payment from customers. I want to know, is there any limitation of the amount of money I can receive through moneybookers from my customers? And is there any limitation of the amount of money I can withdraw out of moneybookers to my local bank account? How to release these limitations?
