how do i find someone to do a joint venture?

I have an eproduct. something which teaches on how to make money in the real world!.. I have read that best way to market is to get into a joint venture, a business partnership with people who have huge email lists. Question is , how and where can i find such people to do business with?

1. Another way to find someone to do a joint venture is to use the search engines to find those type of people. I would type in "webmaster forum" in the search engine and sign up for a free membership in one of them. There are tons of people in those forums looking for those type of opportunities!
