whats wrong with my moneybookers accont?

Your account is locked for outgoing transfers and credit/debit card payments therefore we cannot complete this transaction.

To unlock your account, you must upload funds into your Moneybookers account via bank transfer.

OK can anyone tell me step by step what to do plz!!?becuz i really dnt get it !

1. I know nothing about the site in question ... but from what you wrote, it sounds like they're saying, you can't pay anyone using our site since you don't have any money in it to pay with. Put money in it if you want money to come out of it.

I'd suggest looking around that site for customer service or help functions for help using their service.

2. poster one is right -- your account is broke and to break it loose deposit some money!!!
