What sort of services should your company look for?

When your company purchase computers from a computer firm, what sort of service contract should it look for? What are the services you need for your company's PC?

1. I trust 100% in HP products and support. You should always get a one year free support contract and a full unconditional warranty on the machine. I broke a USB off in one of my HP machines and HP sent me the part and the in home / office technician to replace it free of charge. If you ever have a problem with one of their machines that is not easily resolved, they will usually custom build you one and double your performance for free. HP hands down. So service agreements and the company's ability and willingness to stand behind their product are very important things to consider when investing in a new product.
