Moneybookers Account Question?

I have recently set up a Moneybookers account because I run an online tutoring business, and I want my customers to pay me online using Moneybookers. I haven't added/attached a credit card, bank account, or anything to my account. Can I make transactions without adding/attaching anything to my account? And, could I buy things online without adding/attaching anything to my account?
