Does moneybookers charge when they send a verification SMS?

I am using a debit card with moneybookers and I need to verify it by allowing them to send an SMS to my cellphone.

I currently have verizon with unlimiting texting for $10 a month. When they send this SMS, will there be a charge for it on my phone bill?
