Stock Trading and Other Things

Does anybody know of any stock brokers who have systems which would allow their customers?

to execute multiple stock transactions at the same time as opposed to being able to do just one @ a time?
With the exception of some dealers w2ho offer multiple executions on options, I haven't been able to find any

2. brokers will not offer technolgy products for the public to access the markets with which you need to take advantage of the opportunities
it is all reserved for the inside crowd
