Best online trading firm?

I'm to this and I would like to know the best online firm for casual investing. I want to invest in some DRiPs maybe some currency trading as well as some day trading. Could someone please help me out.

2. I would suggest looking at Interactive Brokers. You can trade stocks, forex and futures all from one account. The commission rates are also very competitive.

3. On a beginner level there are not a lot defference between defferent trading platforms. I suggest You to start trading Forex with MetaTrader. When You will improve Your trading skills, You will understand what You need from trading platform, and than You can choose the best platform for Your preferences.
