Where can I find a Stock Ticker software that streams stocks that are actually Real Time?

Everything I find advertises that its real time and is actually way behind. I need something that can sit on top of my screen and stream the symbols I tell it to.
Im willing to pay if I can find something that works. I use Scottrade and they said they don't have anything like this.

1. I am looking for one also. But free one of course, and this is the rub.

2. Normally you will get ticker software only from your brokers.

3. If you have an account at Scottrade, all you have to do is click on Streaming Quotes on the
home page. It's real time.

4. 20 minute delay is standard. This sould be fine for you, otherwise you are being too risky for your knowledge level.

5. at bettertrades.com, they have a product that is called Real Time Markets and is a streaming bulletin board of any stock you want to watch and has 5 pages you can put about several hundrend stocks in and watch them change. They also have a trading platform with it but you do not have to use the trading platform. They have tutorials to teach you how to use both. A great product. Marian
