Is there a stock ticker with scrolling display and alerts that you can wear like a beeper or phone?

1. There are mobile software offer from online brokerage that goes into phone that can give qoute and allow you to buy / sell shares.

2. there might be services thru your cell phone service provider, but it won't be free - probably $10 per month or more
