How can a Corporation get a real estate brokers license in all 50 states?

For instance, Rent.com is licensed in all 50 states... How would one go about doing this? Could a corporation get paid a commission if its just sponsored by 50 different brokers?

1. You will have to go through the normal channels of having one person designated as the broker of record. some states have agreements that if your licensed PA (for instance) you can get a license in DE as just by paying the fee. So you will have to go to each state and find out their requirements

2. May I ask why you are asking a question regarding US on a UK site? I would think you would get more answers by asking this question on yahoo answers US.
