What are some good newsletters for picking hot stocks?

I am looking for hot stocks and good advice. I would like a large return in 12 to 18 months.
I would be looking for 35% or more in 12 to 18 months

3. If anyone knew of a stock that was going to go up 35%, why would they tell you?? Why wouldn't they invest in it themself????

The only people making 35% in the next 12 - 18 mo, are those hawking the newsletters.
