What are some good resources for the next mornings hot stock to look for?

I am a very rookie investor and am lookng for any good sources that tell you what stock to look for at the opening bell. Any suggestions?

Good traders lose 50% (or more) of all their trades. The key is win/loss ratios & not looking for the "big winner".
