Where is the best and preferably cheapest place to get real time stock quotes in canada?

I am looking to get real time streaming stock quotes in Canada. The minimum exchanges I want are: TSX, TSX-V, NYSE. The absolute maximum I am willing to spend on these is about 130$/month. I don't mind if they are just level 1.

1. don't know, but my online brokerage account at scottrade has one for free

2. I haven't tried it yet but my account at TD Waterhouse offers real-time quotes. Seems like the exchanges charge fees for this but I don't know if TD does. You can get real-time quotes on the Globe and Mail website too, didn't see NYSE there but I can't think why you couldn't get it.
