Is there a way to receive realtime stock quotes programmatically?

I'm looking for a service that provides realtime, streaming quotes along with some kind of interface, so I can receive market data in my own program.

1. I know FirstTrade.com has a real-time a streaming quote program.

2. I believe yahoo provides such information...
a long time ago I got stock prizes from yahoo (not using an iframe).... and it worked pretty well...
