I want to start online trading - who is the best?

I also want to be able to move money easily online as well. I went through the hassle of setting up a Scottrade account only to find at the end that I couldn't move money to the acct. online easily. Ideally, I'd like to be able to fund my online trading from my PayPal acct.

1. I use TD Ameritrade and am happy. I doubt anyone will accept funding from a PayPal account.
