What jobs involving investing on the london stock exchange?

I am choosing what to take for A levels and I want a career in invesitng in the London Stock Exchange.

I do not know what to take, and I do not know the titles of the job for which I want

1. Even the brainiest people don't make it big in the stock exchange their is really very little chance, you just have to be born with that talent you cant learn it

2. I myself am hoping to go down this route...for A-levels I took Economics, Maths and Politics. At uni i'm doing economics with a mixture of finance, so I'd advise this route.

4. Opportunities are a bit thin on the ground at the moment .

However there is one thing a Pigeon can do that an Investment Banker can't do these days.
