How can I arrange to visit Bangkok Stock Exchange?

I will be in Bangkok on 11th of June. I was wondering if the Bangkok Stock Exchange was open for visitors. If yes, then what is the procedure to obtain a permission for the same.

1. Yes you can, but you need to make an appointment, here's the contact details and their website:
Corporate Communication Department
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)
62 Rachadapisek Road, The Stock Exchange of Thailand Building
Klongtoey, Bangkok 10110 , Thailand
Telephone no. 662-2229-2038
Facsimile no: 662-359-1005
e-mail: Public RelationsUnit@set.or.th

2. BSE is a thing of the distant past.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand is an electronic exchange. There is no trading floor. You can visit its library.

EDIT:
The Stock Exchange of Thailand Building is located next to the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center and near the Klongtoey Market (hence SET's nickname "the Klongtoey Casino").
After you enter the main doors, you take the escalators (on the left) to first floor where there is an information desk. If you instead veer to the right, you can gain access to the SET library.

The current facilities of SET at Klongtoey are much much better than at their former offices on Witthayu Road.

But there are no tours of SET -- SET & MAI are electronic exchanges. If you visit a local brokerage, you can see the areas where customers (day traders) gather, but you are extremely unlikely to get access to the areas where the brokers sit.

The securities market in Thailand is regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand (still located on Witthayu) under the Securities and Exchange Act.

For locations of SET and SEC, link leads to a map.

P. S.
The Securities Analysts' Association, Thailand also has its office in the SET Building.

3. There's nothing there. I mean the real quoting of the stocks and the tradings are done at the broker. You should be visiting broker firms. But, if you want to see how listed companies are regulated, then yes visit SET. I guess you can just walk in and request a briefing, but if you represent something (like companies or stock exchange or other countries) they may arrange for a briefing for you given you contact them before hand.
I know lots of friends work there.

4. Yes, you can visit the exchange anytime just follow the advice Gerald gave you.
