How do you exchange a moneybookers account funds for cash and viceversa?

I mean: how do you deposit funds in a moneybookers account? And how do you withdraw funds from it as well?

1. You dont... It is a payment service, just like PayPal or Western Union. You are x-ferring money from your account or credit card to another person, NOT to your account...

2. You should be able to do that by linking your credit card to the account.
