Would you recommend Moneybookers?

I am a freelance web designer in Egypt. Unfortunately Egypt is a send only country on PayPal.

A friend of mine told me about Moneybookers. Would it be useful if I use it to receive payments for my work with people all over the world? Are there any possibilities of scams or inconvenient situations between my country and the service?

1. I just had a potential client look into that. I do not believe that they support full transactions between overseas customers and U.S. Customers..so if you plan on having US customers, you might check on that further.
