whats the best online securities trading service for penny stocks ?

I am learning more about online trading and would like to dabble in it a bit, but don't know "who" is best to use for buying/selling penny stocks....Scottrade - E Trade - etc ??

Go to www.scottrade.com and they have an education link on their site. Go there and become familiar with the stock trading industry. Just remember you better be bold and brave when you buy and sell stock. You can lose money quicker than you can gain it. Get informed and make wise calculated decisions.

2. Why penny stocks? If you are a novice you should consider something less volatile and with less risk. Kiplinger, Money, Smart Money, Forbes etc... do yearly reviews of the various online brokerages.
