Do I need to have credit card or bank account to use moneybookers?

I need to receive money to my monebookers account(I register 1 day ago) from other MB account(just online transfer not to my bank account).
Can I receive money without credit card or bank account?
Can I receive money using only my email address?
plz help me because it's urgent

2. Hi, yes you wil get an moneybookers username almost the same as paypal. The money can be paid to that email address. The money will then be in your moneybookers account and that can be used online but if you want to withdraw the money you would need at least a bank account. But if you don't have a bank account or credit card the fund will still be in your moneybookers account you just won't be able to withdraw the money only for online use then.
