Can you lease real estate to the Federal government without a brokers license?

Is there a way to do this? Submit bids to the government for their solicitations calling for lease or purchase of property for government use, but, submit the bid WITHOUT having a brokers license or owners certification? any ideas?

1. I am sure if you have property the government is interested in renting, that all you need is a contract between the two of you
as long as you are not in the business of property management and this is your property

2. As long as it is your property, YES

3. You can lease your own personal property to anyone you want to without a license. I'm sure they would require some proof that you own the property before they would accept your bid.

You cannot rent any property you do not own to anyone without a license. That is illegal.

4. If you own it you do not need a license.

If you do not hold the deed you can't be involved at all.
