Can I use my pay pal card as my debit card when setting up a moneybookers account?

I just bought something on ebay and didn't notice they only accept moneybookers. I wouldn't have purchased if I had noticed because I always use pay pal. Can I use my pay pal as my debit card?
My bank checking debit is being mailed to me and have no way to use it!!

1. Probably, but you can just enter it to see what happens.

If it doesn't work, tell the seller that (a) they need to take PayPal or (b) they have to wait until you get your card.

I mean ... really. Who doesn't take PayPal????
