Who provides the cheapest online trading account?

I want to invest in share market. I am a beginner to share market trading.
Can you tell me who provides the cheapest online trading cum demat account having minimum intraday trading charges...

1. Try TD Waterhouse (took over Hoodless Brennan which was always the cheapest). No yearly fee and £12.50 a deal. Selftrade is also cheap (and quite similar).
There are others cheaper still but you will have to nominate a date so they can then buy shares in bulk on that date in order for them to get a better deal.
TDW do a delayed settlement so that you can take more advantage of movements.
