Is moneybookers.com a scum or is it safe?

I have important donations for an orphan society to take , I honestly dont want to see any money being wasted ..
A dude is sending money from Japan to Pakistan and sadly PayPal doesnt work in Pakistan so I think Moneybooker is only option left ..
Any you guys tried it ?
I need help ASAP

1. I havent used it, but did some research on it and it sounds like it isnt a scam. The site itself is not a scam. but the seller/buyer might be. I am not sure what role the guy from pAkistan plays, but I would be weary. Money booker is a FSA regulated site, like PayPal, so it is reputable. It is difficult however to scam someone on moneybooker though because, unlike Western Union and MoneyGram, funds will get traced back, so it will be a lot harder for him to get away with it. My best advice is to use your best judgement. There's a lot a sketchy people out there. Good Luck!
