what happens to a stock when it changes from a .pk to a normal ticker symbol.?

I want to know if the stock does well under a .pk ticker and climbs, do I have a chance of losing value when it changes back to trading on the market instead of the pink sheets.

1. It doesn't do anything. It just satisfies some rules to be changed to a regular listing.

2. I agree with previous answer, that's usually a sign it's getting strong enough to trade on major exchanges and off pink sheets. Basics always apply, most stocks move with market, then sector they're in, and finally it comes down to the fundamentals and technicals of the stock you have. Happy Investing!
