Automatically buy stock only after selling another position?

Is there software or a brokerage firm that allows you to put in a sell and buy order after the market closes that allows you to first execute the sell order before you execute the buy order (executes the buy only if the sell order is executed) when the market opens the next day?

That doesn't seem like a very difficult trade request, but I haven't found anything that does what I'm looking for.

I'm assuming that you are selling stock that you already own or that yo ahve a amrgin account to short-sell. I am not positive if the triggers work in the Afterhours market.
