Where can I find an RSS or API real time feed of stock quotes?

I am willing to pay for this service.

There are about 250 stocks I want to track the prices of in my own database.

So I want my PHP program to have a data source for these stock prices to grab the current price every 5 minutes.

Prices need to be accurate and real time.

services that i know of that USED to provide real time were DJIA, and NYSE.
