What company had the stock ticker CIT-A and why did the volume drop to 0 on 11-3-09?

I'm guessing it was a Citibank ticker, but I don't know. If you had bought this ticker on 10-30-09, what would have happened to your stock after 11-3-09? Close on 10-30-09 was about .56

It was CIT the commercial lending company which was reorganized through bankruptcy last fall.

Technically, CIT-A became CITBQ.PK and then stopped trading when the company emerged, reorganized, in December.
