Entering moneybookers brought up three results--two in Texas and one in New York.

Here is registry data on moneybookers.com, which shows a New York address with BBB but a domain registry address in U.K.:

At the moment the moneybookersinc.com site seems to be down.

2. Just as you would not go into a store and leave them $100 and say you mightl come back next week and buy something, you take care how you trade on the web.

eBay for example has a dispute resolution process. Other online sellers have reputations to keep.

Separating the payment from delivery and product quality is always dangerous.

3. Moneybookers do not accept chargeback so you cannot get your money back
