How much do stock brokers make?

I was wondering how much they really earn because i understand it is one of the highest paying jobs out there. I have a couple other questions.......What type of college degree do you need for this to be successful?.....and.....Do you know of any other jobs that pay well besides doctors?....and....Is it hard to get a job as a stock broker?.........GREAT AND FAST ANSWERS GET 5 STARS.....PLEEEEZ HELP...THANK YOU
