my website, http://www.ebonygrace.com is a health, beauty and style E-Zine targeted toward African American women ages 18-40. I thought this would be my niche - african american women ages 18-40. Is this how niche marketing works?

I'm just wondering if I went about this the right way. I want a content-rich site but with the possibility to make money from people taking my recommendations.
