Do I need to be registered and/or regulated by SEBI to provide forex trading tips?

Is it different for free tips and paid tips? With so many people providing tips via bulk SMS on mobile these days, would they all be registered / regulated?

1. If you want to market yourself its not necessary to register, but if you want to offer these services to other traders, then of course, need to register to SEBI.

2. It depends where you want to market your services...and how.
