Can I send money from a Paypal account to a Moneybookers account?

I would prefer to use paypal, but I live in a country where they don't allow you to have money sent to your account. Although they claim 190 countries, about 2 thirds of them have the same clause

1. There is one way that I know of that would enable you to send money from paypal to moneybrookers, and when I find out more, I will edit this answer and add it, but until then here is my answer. If you have a paypal debit card, the paypal debit card uses the money in your paypal to pay for things you buy, all you would have to do is use your paypal debit card number to pay yourself money into your moneybrookers account. If you do not have a paypal debit card my only other suggestion to you until I find out more detail is to contact either paypal's very helpful customer service team with this question ( they are very nice and will help you) or, you can contact the moneybrookers team, (I have no experience with moneybrookers so I can not tell you anything about their customer service.) After thoroughly looking over the moneybrookers site and seeing that they have no help pages or frequently asked questions, I seriously suggest you stick to dealing with paypal, and leave your money there if you are able to.
