What online stock brokers allow more than 3 individuals on a joint investment account?

I know that Scottrade and TradeKing allow 3 people on a joint account, but I am looking for a broker, online (low fee), that would allow 4 people on the same account.

Most of the time multiple indeividuals are not permitted by some B/Ds is not from a legal stance but rather on of their own internal system restraints.
