If someone who works at a company that has stock, sell that stock in the company to individuals and make a commission or do they need to be a stock broker? thanks for any help you can give me to this question

1. do you work for the company are you on the board if not well then are you a stock holder are you going to sell your own sock ahhhh no

2. You need to be authorised by the stock exchange. Such as a broker, accountant,solicitor etc.

3. You must be a licensed broker to sell securities for a commission.
