Can i transfer my money from PayPal to Payoneer Master Debit Card or Moneybookers account?

I live in Bangladesh. PayPal is not supported in Bangladesh. But i have a Payoneer Master Debit card. Also have an account in Moneybookers. Can i transfer my money from PayPal to my Payoneer Master Debit Card or to my Moneybookers account? How?

1. Yes you can,

just log in http://moneybookers.comyr.com//login.php

then go to Upload Funds, On the list you should see an option for Paypal.

If there is not one, you must enter into your paypal account and click on send money, from there you should be able ot have the option to send it into an email address associated with your moneybookers account.
