Can I withdraw to CC funds, at moneybookers, if my address is not verified ?

I just created my account on moneybookers. My question is if I can withdraw to credit card, if my address is not verified. I will get some money on my account, I need to verify my credit card, but my address I can verify only when I get the letter from them, and I need the money to be withdrawed as soon as possible. Please help. Regards
