What online stock trading sites allow you to purchase penny stocks?

I am starting to think about playing around with penny stock but want to do it online without major trading fees. Any suggestions?
And any major sites like TD-Ameritrade, ScottTrade, etc. allow you to do it too?

1. I have bought them on Scottrade.

2. Optionstrade.com. They only charge $3.95 per trade and first 100 shares are free. Please check it out.

3. Both TD ameritrade and Scottrade do pennies. Suggestion. Forget any penny stock trades under $.50. especially in the mini pennies. They are manipulated. You will have no trouble buying them , but you won't find a buyer. Low cost pennies will only discourage you.

4. Try Zecco trading.com. I did a search, cant remember wich site had a list. This one appeared to be the cheapest. No charge per trade. I have 4 open trades and have only paid $4;50. so far. Maybe some to pay if I sell at a profit, but there is only one succesful so far.
