Is it possible to be paid online with moneybookers without a credit card?

I'm wondering if I'm going get paid online using paypal or moneybookers or alertpay, for my online job? But I don't have a credit card, or bank account.

1. If you have no bank account or credit card, forget PayPal. They require one of those in order to verify your account.

Also, if you are not 18, don't bother with any of them, as you need to be 18 to open an account. Lying on the registration will only make a big mess of things too.
