Moneybookers credit card verification process?

I have been helping my friend setup a moneybookers account and she has started the credit card verification process. Their site says they have debited a fee of £1.01-2.99 and to check the statement. She has checked her online statement and it has not appeared. It has now been around about 24hrs since moneybookers site said they debited the random fee.

So we are just wondering if anyone else has gone through the verification process and knows how long it will take to appear on the statement?
