1. That's a scam, you'll send them money and end up in jail for cashing bad checks.

2. It won't matter they are a scam and the checks are no good.

3. it is a scam.the only one who seems to get caught is the person who isnt totally understanding the situation.i unfortunately had one of these happen to me.

4. No, a policeman told me that it was a scam, so I did not participate. The checks bounce or are forged or counterfeit or stolen. You have to repay the place where you cash them. You do not get to keep any of the money. You also may be arrested.
