Do you need a moneybookers account to buy minecraft?

So I want to buy minecraft with a debit card but when i choose visa and click on continue it goes to moneybooker? Do i need a Moneybooker account to purchase minecraft?

1. I tried to do the same thing and it directed me to make a moneybooker account. After i completed that it said my account was locked to outgoing transfers and required me to send proof of identity and proof of my address. I decided to skip on that and use pay pal instead. Pay pal worked for me so i'm happy now :)
