How do i Add money to Moneybookers with my Debit Card?

I have no idea how to add money or funds to moneybookers. I keep trying to purchase Digos on furcadia.com with moneybookers, but it says i need to add funds or something, and I can't figure out how? It takes me back to the main page, and there are no other options it shows. I dont have a bank account, Just a reloadable debit card.
