1. No you need paypal.

Moneybookers *is* accepted.

However, your IP address is part of any activity on eBay. eBay owns Paypal. eBay is going to figure out that you and your mom are the same deadbeats that owe them on Paypal, so why should they let you on eBay?

And how old are you exactly? If you are under 18, you can't have any of these accuonts on your own. If you don't have paypal, you have to have a credit card to give to eBay to use for seller fees. This needs to be a real credit card, not a prepaid thing.

3. Go to ebay and read their policy on accepted forms of payment. Always go straight to the source:

4. Unfortunately, PayPal is the only real option on eBay. We've dealt with PayPal on a daily basis for the past 3 years and they can be a pain, but most of what they do is for good reason. It can be very frustrating though. Good luck!

5. AS a seller you can use something else but 80 percent of people on ebay has paypal. If they don't then they can't buy from you.
