Anyway to transfer money from Paypal to Moneybookers?

On Ebay, i saw a "Buy Now" merchandise that i want. This person has been in 100's of trades, with 100% feedback. However he only accepts moneybookers. But i have Paypal, and i do not want to register for moneybookers, after all, all my funds are in Paypal. So are there any services that will transfer money from paypal to moneybookers?
